Any good place to hangout in the evenings

I work WFH so the social life is non existent.

Any peaceful good place to hangout and chandigarh other than sukhna or rock garden please, paid or unpaid, don't care, where I can just be alone and sit alone and enjoy the music or a nice breeze, without being judged. Can go for a bike ride too, so suggest is there a safe zone to ride in the evenings.
