I don't think it's possible, as multiple claims have failed to substantiate it.

Having observed the entire process up close, I can confidently say that, given its sheer complexity and scale, tampering with it is virtually impossible.

It's akin to the conspiracy theories surrounding the US moon landing—too vast and intricate to fabricate.
