Having trouble gettin into the business

Hey guys. I'm trying to get into the music Business and eventually become a professional music Engineer that works at a studio and is able to book musicians and work with them at that studio. I'm just having trouble building my resume in music. It seems that every job in engineering requires job experience but I don't know how to get that. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
